Has anyone else seen the same black Gucci belt everywhere; Instagram, twitter, pinterest, etc. Listen, you name the site and you will probably be seeing a Gucci belt. This beloved Gucci Belt could also be called the motif of a fashion blogger. However, there are so many other brands that have huge selections of belts and accessories, I thought it would be best to shed some light on them. Below are some of my favorite places to shop for great belts. Each site has a dollar sign beside it which shows the price value of each specific brand. I did my best for an honest review. Please leave a comment if you have something to add! I would love to hear it.
$- decently priced $$- moderately priced $$$- pricey
Macy’s $$
Huge selection of plain belts, which also come in many colors. However, no Gucci belts here
Target $
Target, or my other home, has a vast selection with affordable prices and basic styles.
Anthropologie $$$
Think of girl-next-door vibes, with a touch of coolness. Think of trendsetter vibes.
Modcloth $$
If you want to be boho chic, vintage, quirky or all three, go here for that kind of belt
Urban Outfitter’s $$
Really good prices for quality belts. They have the classic belts and also some other interesting styles
Kohl’s $
Similar to Target, expect the same, but they have some cool beaded belts that I recommend
Levi’s $$
Embrace the all-American look with a Levi belt
Asos $$
Good mix of belts that take on the non-traditional and traditional look. They have a huge selection (over 175 styles) and they also have packs of belts for $14 which isn’t bad at all.
Express $$
Two words: express yourself. They offer plenty of options to do so!
Fossil $$
I have this brand bookmarked just in case I need a great leather belt. You don’t need five or ten, just one great belt will do justice.
Free People $$$
Very large selection of unique belts. They have chunky, thin, beaded and bejeweled styles.
Banana republic $$$
A mix of trendy and classic
Old Navy $
Has all your basic colors, plus some prints.
