Christian Louboutin heels can be described as an ultimate luxury. The Louboutin heel is known for the famous red soles. Created by Mr. Louboutin himself, the reason behind the red soles is because his assistant was painting her nails red. He found inspiration in that and painted the soles of his shoes red for that current season. However, the road to success was a rocky one for him, as it is for many designers. He was expelled from school at 16, and then looked for work. Soon after he found a job with Charles Jourdan, a shoe designer. Louboutin first found inspiration to create shoes when he visited a museum and saw a sign that read “No high heels permitted.” From that experience he felt the need to start designing shoes and found further inspiration from Roger Vivier. Little did he know that everyone would adore his shoes for years to come.
