So today I will be doing an eye makeup tutorial again, but I want to do a neutral eye for people who don’t always want to wear bright or bold colors. A neutral eye is perfect for this. I used the same palette that I did in the last post which is the Urban Decay Vice 3 palette. I really want to show all the possible looks that can be done with the palette so you can use it to the fullest potential.
Now the first step will be applying the base, and the color that was used was coincidentally called Base! I applied this all over my eyelid and nothing else.
The second step would be applying the color Undone to the crease and the outer eyelid.
The third step would be applying the next color Downfall, also to the crease. Downfall has a warm orange tone to it, and this gives a contoured and more defined look to your eye. But if you do not want it to be as defined you can skip this step and go to the next one.
The fourth step is using the color Reign or you could use DTF. I used Reign below my waterline and not directly on my waterline because my eye would water like crazy and we can’t have that. I also used the color on the crease of my eye, but I made sure it was above the color Downfall.
Lastly, I applied some mascara and viola! The simple neutral eye was done. (The final picture looks different from the other images, because I used the flash for this one.)
Hope you enjoyed this, and stay tuned for the next beauty tutorial next week!

Lola
