If any of you are like me this cold and dry weather does nothing for my skin. During these months my skin lacks moisture and becomes increasingly flaky and I pretty much panic about having scaly hands and arms. A little TMI, but it is such a struggle of mine! That is where Shea moisture came in. The oil that saved my skin and my embarrassment.
Here I was shopping the other day with full intentions to get a good lotion, and I stumbled across this oil. On the label, it says for dull skin, and normally I would go for a product that is focused on dry skin, but I figured hey let’s give this a shot. So one use later and I am in love. I have heard about these products before but I never gave it a chance and I have officially changed my mind. The oil isn’t heavy and my skin doesn’t feel drenched.
You can find these products at Target, Walmart, CVS or Walgreen’s. They aren’t expensive and the prices for all of their products range from $4- $40. Usually, when these products are in the forty ranges, it is a bundle of products and not just a single product. I spent no more than $10 on this oil, and it reaps the benefits of a fifty dollar specialty brand.
I strongly recommend any of their products. I haven’t had any problems with their stuff as of now. None of the oil that I use from them leaves any residue. Usually what I do is I apply it after a shower, rub it in, and I am good to go! I don’t feel like a huge grease ball who was to take another shower to get that feeling off of me.
